Been fighting this gas tank when it came to welding. My tank is thinner than my smallest filler....soooo
I made this fancy holder out of a piece of tubing and a mig tip. It holds pieces of 0.035 mig wire and keeps the heat way down.

We had a super turnout Saturday for Bikers for the Bunny Easter egg hunt. We had almost 200 kids show up to hunt over 3,000 eggs. Many in the county helped out with donations and 6 bicycles, 85 Easter baskets, and many other prizes. No child left empty handed.

I did some trading with Wes (Junk with Wheels) a few months ago and got an old big twin frame that was in pretty sad shape. Then I had this super good guy they call Ratpan offer to fix this hacked up frame. Ratpan is an excellent welder and fabricator and also is highly knowledgeable in old iron.
Here is the man himself.

Hopefully that frame will turn into something similar to these but a touch on the skinny side.

This blog headline isn't a test, it is meant to make a point. We take for granted things like being taught to read as kids and having the books to learn from, and not everyone is that lucky. We are trying to do our part to help by selling a few items and donating all the profits to a charity called Room To Read. Our goal is to raise $12,000 by the end of June 2011. This will build three reading rooms or libraries in developing countries and help impoverished children get an education and help break the cycle of poverty.

The Moto Mouse art was done by our friend Alan Stedman. You may recognize his work from the paper biker dolls in DiCE Magazine and from the cover of DiCE magazine #36. He did up this illustration for this shirt to help out with the Room to Read charity we support. The profit from every Moto Mouse shirt sold will be donated to Room To Read. Put the 12" apes on Spicer's sportster last night. All internal wiring.

The bike had heated grips and man what a wiring mess. All cleaned up now and only thing left for the bars is cables and a brake line.

And my hand was pinched between the drivers window and the road. Missing a little skin and is soar as hell today. My fingers got so cold trying to get out of the truck that the tips are sensitive to touch.

Been throwin around ideas and well...Made some rigid struts, a couple sets of loooonnnggg slip on drag pipes (one set is getting chromed), new headlight bracket with headlight, and removed all the switches off the bars. Them bars are stainless Front Street Cycle.

Nice and sneaky starter button...

I'm lovin the new headlight bracket...prolly going to be a ton of these made soon.
